I / We, the undersigned, due hereby petition the White House, the US Congress, Federal Agencies, and all States Legislative bodies to engage POLICIAL WILL to Stop Industrial Chemicals, Greenhouse Gas, Particular Matter, RADON and EMF Radiation Poisoning by legislating INDUSTRY REGULATIONS, TESTING, VENTING AND FILTERING of environmental toxins to safe levels in the dwelling places of hospitals, homes, offices, prisons, universities, schools, houses of worships, all public places and mandate:

(1) TESTING of RADON gas and EMF radiation in every hospital, home, apartment, prison, condominium, school, public buildings and dwelling places before it can be sold, rented, leased, or occupied and annually, thereafter, in rented residential dwellings and public buildings in every state and the District of Columbia.

(2) To require treatment (mitigation of gases and/or filtration of EMF radiation) to safe levels in every home, apartment, prison, condominium, school, public buildings and dwelling places before it can be sold, rented, leased, or occupied in every state in America and the District of Columbia.

(3) To fund programs for public education campaigns to advance the health care industry to EVALUATE AND TEST patients for EMF radiation poisoning and toxicity at every encounter in every state in America as “GREENCARE Intervention” to save millions of lives; billions of dollars in foreclosure prevention; and trillions of dollars in healthcare costs. Also to provide incentives for all healthcare providers ( hospitals, clinics, doctors, nurses, etc ) to engage the FREE continuing education training forums at the Center for Disease Control to evaluate and treat persons suffering from environmental toxin poisoning and combat this massive healthcare crisis and empower readiness for homeland security.

(4) To legislate TAX CREDIT INCENTIVES for tax payers who acquire the costs to mitigate and filter their homes, schools, cars, trucks, airplanes, trains, electronics, and businesses, etc.

(5) To legislate funds, through weatherization programs, for low income families and community organizations to mitigate (vent and/or filter) their homes, neighborhood schools, non-profit and public spaces.

(6) To mandate installation of mitigation and filtration systems in all new construction (homes / buildings) to reduce carbon footprints because of the massive convergence of environmental toxins and radiation problems in the emerging threat of global warming.

(7) To regulate the banking industry to require environmental toxin inspections, disclosure, and mitigation before financing a mortgage.

(8) To regulate and monitor the utility and cell phone industry (including 4G Technologies) and reevaluate and reduce limits for mega non-ionizing radiation converging in building interiors and communities to substantially below 10 MHz or 10,000,000 Hz which is recommended by NIOSH. Bio-medical Research argues that this level is critically high and threatening the very existence of the human race, especially when the brain gets bio-rhythm disturbances at frequencies over 25 Hz. We are out of time. We have lost 98.5% of our ability to protect the unborn in the womb from radiation poisoning. One out of every 150 children born is now autistic with states, like Arkansas, having one in 60 children.

(9) To require Mitigation (filtering or harmonizing) of ALL wireless systems in: offices, public buildings, airplanes, trucks, cars, etc. And, regulate limit access to schools because of the sensitivities of brain development in youth.

(10) To fund research for mega mitigation and adaptation technologies to reduce carbon footprints and shield the public masses from these converging environmental gases, acids and nuclear radiation .

AN OPEN LETTER TO PRESIDENT BARACK H. OBAMA

Dear President Obama,

Compliments of the day. In commemoration of this month of May being the "Electromagnetic Sensitivity" and "Multiple Chemical Sensitivity" Awareness Month, proclaimed by America’s Governors. This PETITION is penned to offer solutions for the environmental health crisis. This crisis is being caused by high levels of converging nuclear waste, radiation, greenhouse gas, particular matter and industrial acids in our neighborhoods and poisoning our families to injury and some to death. These solutions mirror those now strictly enforced by our Navy (HERO, HERP, HERF). They are, (1) Legislate tax credits for “mitigation or venting” of dwelling places such as homes, apartments, workplaces, prisons/jails, schools, houses of worship, public places to reduce or prevent exposure to ionizing radiation or RADON, greenhouse gases, industrial airborne chemicals & acids, and particular matter as well as funding for housing mitigation for low–income families. (2) Legislate tax credit for “Mitigation filtering” of non-ionizing radiation or EMF (electromagnetic frequencies) also in dwelling places such as homes, apartments, workplaces, prisons/jails, schools, public places to reduce or prevent poisoning as well as funding for housing mitigation for low–income families. Mitigation is the solution that the nation of Switzerland implemented for every dwelling place to save millions of lives and trillions of dollars in healthcare costs. (3) Regulate industries emitting mega non-ionizing radiation from satellites, power transformers, cell phone masts, etc. (4) Monitor and regulate non-ionizing radiation EMF from electronics targeted for youth, in particular, as well as consumers and all home appliances.

The warnings of our research institutes such as the University of Pittsburg Cancer Center Medical Team, under the direction of Dr. Ronald B. Herberman, advises prudent caution in cell phone use noting that. . .”We are out of time.” One in every 150 children are now autistic. If we do nothing, in the next 10 years, literally, every child in America MAY be born with autism. Dr. George Carlo’s research records this mechanism of harm. UCLA and UCSF dittos this response reporting that “No pregnant women should talk on a cell phone because of the enormous risks of brain injury to the unborn.” Because our wireless and power industry is unregulated, energy transformers, cell phone masts, etc can exude massive electromagnetic frequencies in our communities. In 2009, they have already surpassed the thresholds of human cell’s tolerance to toxic EMF levels from these sources. Thousands of Americans, and millions around the world, now suffer with so much pain from EMF exposure and these other environmental toxins that the World Health Organization has had to render diagnostic codes for radiation poisoning electric hypersensitivity and multiple chemical sensitivities with comorbidities of environmental hypersensitivities, etc. Their screams of pain are heralding from non-fatal electrocution exhibiting symptoms of stiff body syndrome, fibromyalgia, Parkinson’s Disease, restless leg syndrome, leukemia, and other cancers. It is like we are all being electrocuted with a big stun gun as demonstrated on “60 Minutes.” Even the new “curly-q”, energy saving light bulbs give off almost 1000% more EMF radiation than our regular old light bulbs. And, because they are mercy lamps they can deliver toxic assaults on nerve tissues that can immobilize people. Some cities have increased in non-ionizing radiation EMF exposure by 500,000% in the past five years, making the bees die and the ants multiple by the billions because they thrive on EMF radiation. This phenomena helped to fuel a $25 million dollar award to a Houston Public School District against a utility company that wanted to place power lines too close to a particular school. Americans are virtually defenseless in shielding the unborn from radiation poisoning in the womb without your help, President Obama. Research documents that this is increasing gross abnormalities and autism, in children and bleeding disorders, during childbirth, that are fatal to mothers. Massive neuromuscular disorders; chronic pain and fatigue, heart, lung, liver, kidney diseases, and cancer of every kind, are in epidemic proportions, especially in areas where there are high levels of convergence of these environmental toxins. Our teenagers are suffering from altered brain waves which can impede their ability to learn and throw them into a deep depression, suicide, or even manic rage. Imagine that a teen who attends a school with WIFI for 5 hours per day and 5 days per week is being exposure to an accumulation of non-ionizing radiation that equals 1600 x-rays of ionizing radiation per week. Selah which means, “think on this”! This happen to my 17 yo son, Prince Kahlif. He lost 60% of his brain theta wave; became as a 7 yo stuck in anger; and ended up in a hospital for almost a year. We moved from Washington, D.C. to Ohio and unknowingly purchase a home that converged with 3000% the amount of non-ionizing radiation that human should be exposed to due the decaying nuclear waste and environmental toxins in our neighborhood. His school was named in USA Today, in December 2008, as one of the most toxic schools in America. It is located in the area of Ohio that the New York Times called… The “Mini-Hiroshima.” Medical scientists now concur that 9 of the top 10 disease killing Americans (Health People 2010 Report) can be linked to massive exposure to EMF.

You ask us to believe not just in your ability to make change in Washington, DC, but also to believe in our ability to affect change there also. You may be startled to know that the former school that your daughters attended in Chicago, before moving to Washington, D.C., was located in an highly irradiating area with RADON gas, EMF radiation, industrial acids, greenhouse gas and particular matter. It was also listed in USA Today (December 08, 2008) as being among the most toxic schools in America. It scored a 19% out of 100% which predisposed your daughters, their teachers, and friends to cancer causing chemicals from industrial acids and converging radiation.

The signature endorsers of this PETITION have united to save your family and ours. For THE AUDACITY OF HOPE for a generation that will be born with cognitive abilities and THE AUDACITY OF HOPE of preserving this great land of America that we all love, we pledge to support your efforts to regard this PETITION as a construct for law to save us all. Right now THE HOPE of healthy babies being born seems to flicker in the darkness of this nuclear holocaust. Regulating, lowering, mitigating, and monitoring the toxins in our environment is the only way to make safe passage for legacy to be sustained and the future of America to be born.

The World Health Organization has rendered ICD 9 & 10 codes supporting diagnoses for “radiation poisoning” and “multi chemical sensitivities” to support doctors in medical management of health crisis from our toxic environments.

The Center for Disease control has positioned to provide FREE training for EVERY doctor, nurse and allied health personnel in screening, assessment, treatment and evaluation for toxicity from environmental toxins. Yet, few hospitals, doctors, and nurse have yet to respond to take the training.

The EPA has launched the C.A.R.E. (community action for renewed environments) initiative to reduce air and radiation toxins. However, only 20 out of American’s 42,600 plus cities have been funded.

The National Environmental Education Foundation was legislated by Congress to promote awareness of this crisis in schools as well as to enhance curriculums in medicine, nursing and allied health to integrate skills for screening and assessment of persons with toxicity from radiation and industrial acids.

The National Institute of Health has also established a Biofields Institute to explore the effects of EMF and other types of radiation on health. They also provide FREE training to nurses to enhance their research skills for the advancement of medical and nursing care.

The Governors from Colorado, Connecticut, and Florida and others have declared the month of May to be the “Electromagnetic Sensitivity Awareness Month.

The Jared’s Law for safe indoor environments in schools empowers administrators to mitigate every school where it is enforced.

OSHA now mandates that Employers must provide Protective Gear for employees who work with computers or energized mechanical equipment. This includes personal EMF shields and mitigation technologies to lower or harmonize radiation coming off of computers, copy machines, telephones, electronics, etc.

Religion leaders have declared our neglect, to be “Good Stewarts” of the earth, as an environmental sin. We must repent which means to “turn around.” We must engage solutions for we are now “out of Time.” If we do nothing, then we lose the hope of humanity. Amen. Selah.
